Detailed parts
Print head Adopting new 4-8 Toshiba internal heating industrial print head, variable ink droplet technology, the minimum ink droplet is 7pl and maximum is 21pl, ink droplets are more intensive, be able to print 2pt texts clearly, the print head life time is about 3-4 years.
Anti-collision device The carriage can automatically stop when collides with the media. So the print head and carriage can be protected.
UV-LED lamp curing system Many factories use mercury lamp with high power consumption, the lifetime is about 2000 hours only. Before printing, it needs at least 3-5 minutes for preheating, the light is white and it’s harmful to our health. But our printer uses imported UV LED lamp, it is eco-friendly and lower power consumption; the life time is more than 30,000 hours. (15 times of mercury lamp) What’s more, the light of UV LED lamp is very soft and there is no harm to human.
Germany IGUS towline It is Italy Megadyne synchronous belt with low noise. It can work stably in a long term.
Emergency backup power supply When the power is turned off suddenly, the printer can still maintain the normal operation of negative pressure system, and it will be engaged in work quickly once the power is turned on. The 24 hours*7 days production can be achieved.
The negative pressure system It ensures the printer to supply ink smoothly in the production process, even at high speed printing mode. It also achieves long time ink supply.
Marble ruler All our guide rails are measured by professional marble ruler table. It can ensure the parallelism of rails and printing process. Professional factory of UV printer should have this marble ruler table. But many other factories don’t have this.
