Application
This machinery is mainly applicable for weak-electric substances and high temperature-resistant substances such as chemical industry, medicine (Chinese medicine and medicine herbs), foodstuff, spice, resin powder, etc.
Features
This machinery adopts wind-wheel type. The high-speed revolving cutters mill and shear the materials sufficiently. This processing achieves excellent crushing effect. Meanwhile the heat in the grinding chamber and finished products are pulled out through screen mesh. The fineness of the finished products can be various according to change the screen mesh.
Working Principle
This machinery utilizes the relative movement between the moving-gear and fixture gear. The materials are pounded by dish, rubbing and materials are each other pounded. Thereby the materials are crushed. The materials that are already smashed through the function of revolve eccentricity power, enter into gathering bag automatically. The powders are filtered through dust arrester-box. The machine adopts GMP standard design, using the stainless steel materials all, having no powder to float in the production line. Now it already reaches international advanced level.
