Clear, easy-to-read text certainly assists all types of people correctly identify each capsule. That is why capsules should be clearly printed in one or two colors with useful i     nformation like a logo, production name, company or even dosage details.

Advanced Printing Machines are equipped to print perfectly on capsules as per customized requirements. Several varieties like Linear Printing and Circular Printing can be  chosen.

In order to protect empty capsules from severe & fluctuating conditions of temperature and humidity, capsules are first packed in Poly-Bags, then these bags are in Aluminum-foil bag. Finally put into 5-ply corrugated box, lined with Styrofoam sheets on all the six inner sides of the box.

Thus not only Temperature and Humidity is taken care, but also the Mishandling that might take place during transportation are taken into consideration.

Labeling being subset of packaging, the cartons are properly labeled indicating basic information, Size, Color, Quantity, Storage Conditions, Destination etc. Visual test are conducted to ensure that the script is legible and colors are harmonious. 
Proper markings, box numbers & sample capsules / capsules color image are pasted on each box which help in easy visual Identification of Provide.

Transportation:

The Capsules should be transported by Refrigerator Container, protected from pressure, sunshine, moisture and heat.
