High Current Type impulse magnetizer demagnetizer
¤ Description ¤
High pressure oil immersion capacitor, voltage DC50-1100V any tune, speed 1-3 seconds. Products using low power design: Environmental protection and energy saving, magnetizing machine of continuous work, water, get rid of the bad heat burden; The body does not heat, using no polarity without loss without recoil energy storage capacitor, machine performance is stable.
¤ Main Features ¤
This Type is featured by its extremely short magnetizing current pulse width, and little heat generation in the magnetizing fixture. It is most suitable for magnetizing multi-pole rare-earth ( annulus multi-pole and plane multi-pole ), motors and brushless motors. The magnetizer is error proof even at output short circuit conditions.
Magnetic materials with low or high magnetism (such as Ferrite and NdFeB) can be magnetized and demagnetized.
Types of magnetizer:
According to shape: horizontal type, vertical type, cabinet type, piano-shaped type and etc..
According to function: head magnetizer, demagnetizer, horn magnetizer, multi-pole magnetizer, stepper motor magnetizer and custom as per your requirements.
