Alnico magnet is usually restricted to smaller sizes, it has slightly lower magnetic
properties, but better mechanical strength than cast alnico magnet. Sintered Alnico magnet is
widely used in all kinds of sensors, meters, controller speedometer and other applications.

1)Very temperature stable, great for high heat applications
2)Working temperature can reach 550-600 C
3)Does not lend itself to conventional machining (hard and brittle)

4)High residual induction and energy product compared to ceramic material
5)Low coercive force compared to ceramic and rare earth materials (more subject to demagnetization)
