1. Packaging
There are different kinds of packing method for steel stamping parts.
It can be Polybag + Master Carton + Plywood Case or Pallet, if you have special request, we customize as per your requirements.
2. Shipping
By sea; By air; By railway; By courier(DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, Aramex or others);By multimodal transportation.
Different shipping method, it is different speed, usally, we sugget choosing sea shippment, as these steel stamping parts are heavy.
Note: It is of vital importance to select a professional forwarder, as some are not professional in the process of Customs
clearance and unable to tackle some affairs, which may make the process complex and put all the related charges to the
buyer or the seller.
If it is the first time for you to import, we can provide door to door service for most of EU and US cities.

Can I negotiate the prices?
Yes, we may grant discount for FCL of mixed products or bulk orders of individual products. Sometimes, we may launch some promotion, more discount would be granted.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ has been indicated on the product page, we can accept small orders, prices will be higher, though.
How long do you need for production and delivery?
Normally, for regular designs and models, we need 20-30 working days to produce after receive your deposit and all order details are confirmed. Different order quantity, different delivery time, please confirm with us when you are ready to place an order.
Transportation by sea or by air, Customs clearance and inland transportation will need, another 20-30days. So please place orders in advance to make sure you have products to sell on busy season.
What warranties you have for your products?
We have our own QC team independent from production department. Our own QC staffs check the quality of steel stamping parts strictly before deliverying for our clients.
If you find defected casting parts after you received the goods, please send us defects photos with quantity so we can check the reason, if it is quality problems or our faults, we would cover your loss, send replacements or grant special discount for your coming orders.
We shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to causes for which the Shipping Company, other Transportation Organization /or Post Office or in consequence of any Force Majeure incidents which might occur. Force Majeure as referred to in this contract means unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective conditions.
If it is quality problems or damage caused by inappropriate packing method, we will cover the loss. Need 1-3 working days to find out the reason and tackle for you.
Payment terms:
Standard term is 30% deposit by T/T in advance, pay the balance before shipment. Long-term business partners can get better terms like LC, N.E.T.
