Specifications

MATERIAL

Tubing with plain finish is rolled from 12 gauge (0,105 U.S.S. Gauge) and 14 gauge (0,075 U.S.S. Gauge) hot rolled steel, Q235b. Galvanized finish, average minimum yield strength after cold forming is 60 000 psi.

GALVANIZATION

Galvanization shall conform to specification ASTM A653 G90 (275g/m²). Corner weld is zinc coated after scarfing operation.

TOLERANCES

Wall thickness tolerance:

Permissible variation in wall thickness is + 0,011, -0,005 inches.

* Tubing may have its sides failing to be 90° to each other by tolerance listed.

**Twist is measured by holding down the edge of one end of a square tube on a surface plate with the bottom side of the tube parallel to the surface plate and noting height that either corner on the opposite end of the bottom side is above the surface plate.

Convexity and concavity: Measured in the center of the flat side, tolerance is ±0,010 inch applied to the specific size determined at the corner.

Straightness tolerance:Permissible variation in straightness is 1/16” in 3 feet.

Telescoping: Using 12 gauge or 14 gauge square tube, consecutive size tubes shall be cleaned of galvanization burrs and shall telescope freely for ten feet.

Hole tolerance: Tolerance on hole size is ±1/64” on a 7/16” hole size. Tolerance on hole spacing is ± 1/8” in ten feet.

1. Can I negotiate the prices?

Yes, we may grant discount for FCL of mixed products or bulk orders of individual products. Sometimes, we may launch some promotion, more discount would be granted. 

2. What is the minimum order quantity?

The MOQ has been indicated on the product page, we can accept small orders, prices will be higher, though. 

3. How long do you need for production and delivery?

Normally, for regular designs and models, we need 20-30 working days to produce after receive your deposit and all order details are confirmed. Different order quantity, different delivery time, please confirm with us when you are ready to place an order. 

Transportation by sea or by air, Customs clearance and inland transportation will need, another 20-30days. So please place orders in advance to make sure you have products to sell on busy season. 

4. What warranties you have for your products?

If you find defects after you received the goods, please send us defects photos with quantity so we can check the reason, if it is quality problems or our faults, we would cover your loss, send replacements or grant special discount for your coming orders. 

We shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to causes for which the Shipping Company, other Transportation Organization /or Post Office or in consequence of any Force Majeure incidents which might occur. Force Majeure as referred to in this contract means unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective conditions. 

If it is quality problems or damage caused by inappropriate packing method, we will cover the loss. Need 1-3 working days to find out the reason and tackle for you. 

5. Payment terms: 

Standard term is 30% deposit by T/T in advance, pay the balance before shipment. Long-term business partners can get better terms like LC.
