1.Wire Diameter of this compression springs: 0.03 mm to 12.00 mm;
2.Different wire diameter are easilyadjusted in coil diameter and pitch;
3.We posseses a whole set of CNC manufacturing and testing equipment ranging from wire tensile strength tester,short peering machine,deburring machine,magnetic powder flaw detector and compression tester;
4.Most of our 1.00 mm to 8.00 mm compression spring machines are equipped with length detector and automatically selecting instrument. The machines can calculate CPK automatically;
5.Only with accurate free length,our springs can achieve consistent force as per customers' requests;
6.Equipped with precise spring machines and scree-display electronic magnifying gauge,which were imported from famous Janpanese machine maker. The machines are capable of producing springs with min. wire diameter of 0.03 mm and outside diameter of 0.3 mm.
