Sewage and sundry were discharged in smaller flow velocities,not easy to form dirt. But ordinary concrete cement can not easy to do this with its coarse porous surface.
Resistance to Freezing and Thawing, Osmosis-Resistant
Alternate freezing and thawing will degrade the performance of the cement, but it has little impact on the resin concrete, t here is no water absorption resin inside the polymer resin concrete, and we made thousand times of freezing and thawing test, there is no changing about the quality performance.

1. Can I negotiate the prices?
Yes, we may grant discount for FCL of mixed products or bulk orders of individual products. Sometimes, we may launch some promotion, more discount would be granted.
2. What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ has been indicated on the product page, we can accept small orders, prices will be higher, though.
3. How long do you need for production and delivery?
Normally, for regular designs and models, we need 20-30 working days to produce after receive your deposit and all order details are confirmed. Different order quantity, different delivery time, please confirm with us when you are ready to place an order.
Transportation by sea or by air, Customs clearance and inland transportation will need, another 20-30days. So please place orders in advance to make sure you have products to sell on busy season.
4. What warranties you have for your products?
If you find defects after you received the goods, please send us defects photos with quantity so we can check the reason, if it is quality problems or our faults, we would cover your loss, send replacements or grant special discount for your coming orders.
We shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to causes for which the Shipping Company, other Transportation Organization /or Post Office or in consequence of any Force Majeure incidents which might occur. Force Majeure as referred to in this contract means unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective conditions.
If it is quality problems or damage caused by inappropriate packing method, we will cover the loss. Need 1-3 working days to find out the reason and tackle for you.
5. Payment terms:
Standard term is 30% deposit by T/T in advance, pay the balance before shipment. Long-term business partners can get better terms like LC.
