Detailed description:

1. Adopt new processing technic , design with particular appearance.
2.  Cutter material: 4 sticks of tungsten steel alloy. cutter point is centripetal cutting, taper can be adjusted.
3. This is product has increased our work efficiency ten times and overcome a difficulty that cant remove the paint clearly on the bent wires.
4.  It can strip any hard insullac, enamel paint, ML, lsonel etc., but not damage the wires.
5.  It is very suitable for stripping the wire till the bottom of wire loop. Easy to operate.
6.  It has end setting of strip length, so it can control the strip length.
7. Without pollution as the shield.

Instruction:

1. Plug the power supply into AC,220v outlet.
2. Remove the shield on the cutter. Adjust the strip cut point as the wire size you want, then loose the stable cutter and headless hexagon socket head cap screw.
3. Turn adjustive nut (adjust the blade size, clockwise is large, and anticlockwise is small ),in general, please adjust the blade size bigger than the wire size. then adjust and fix nuts.
4. Finish adjusting the limit pin and locking, take on the shield.
5. Turn on the power button, The engine started up immediately
6. Please insert the varnished wire into it, it will run.
