Product introduction

        JZC 350 Concrete Mixer with Hydraulic Tipping Hopper is  mixer of double conical drums which discharge concrete by reverse-rotation, suitable for mixing plastic and semi-dry and hard concrete with the size of aggregate up to 60mm. Mixing is carried out when the mixing drum rotates in normal direction, and discharge is performed when the mixing drum rotates in reversed direction. Each time, the mixing drum can handle 0.35 cubic meters of concrete.

          This machine is a bipyramid reversal discharging self-loading concrete mixer, the mixing drum's forward rotation is mixing, reverse rotation is discharging. The machine has the benefits of simple structure, reliable, good mixing quality, high efficiency, light weight, and easy manipulation of maintenance, so it is more advanced models of concrete mixers. Because outfitting with a diesel-powered engine, it is more applicable to the remote areas and the wild which have no electric power supply.

          It is featured by diesel engine power, hydraulic tipping hopper, novel construction, advanced performance, high productivity, high mixing quality, compact structure, low energy consumption, simple operation, etc. Therefore, It is particularly suitable for circumstances like ordinary construction sites, road construction, bridge work and small-sized prefabricated-component factories etc.

Features: 

1.The concrete mixer are self-loading which can mix plastic and half dry hard concrete. 

 The machine mixes when the double-cone mixer drum rotates clockwise and discharges when it rotates reversally. 

The mixer drum is driven by the ring gear.
