Introduction

GCG1000 Dust concentration sensor is a kind of absorption, absorbing the domestic and foreign advanced technology of dust.It used to the principle of swimming float dust exposure in the darkroom light scattering intensity of dust is

 proportional to the dust concentration. The scattering light intensity of light into electrical signals to compute the 

relative quality of dust concentration.

GCG1000 Dust concentration sensor can calculate the relative mass concentration of dust with the aerosol testing

 technology. Then through the preset parameter values, it can calculate the mass concentration of dust. Finally through 

the LCD ,it is converted into a frequency signal or a current signal output.

The sensors can display the coal mine dust concentration continually and real time while 200-1000HZ frequency signal 

output compatible with the coal mine monitoring systems and 4-20mA current signal for mine monitoring system or other 

systems. Dust concentration through preset threshold warning point of dust concentration, it immediately outputs a 

warning signal to alert staff to promptly activate the corresponding dust measures when dust concentration reaches the 

value measured.
