within 500hours, it will be ok, then you need change the outside parts such as air filter, muffler, piston and piston ring after 500hours. 

(PS: we recommend you buy the good quality air filter, muffler. of course, the price will be higher.)

3)What's the service or insurance that your company offer to the product?

Re: 

a. Guarantee for one year or 500hours (accord to whichever reach first) from ex-factory date. 

b. All the failed units can be removed under the permission of manufacturer.

c. During the guarantee period, We will provide the free easy-damaged spare-parts for problems caused by our quality of production or raw material, except the damageable spare parts of diesel engine caused by customer's incorrect man-made operation. After expiration, our company provides cost spare-parts maintenance for gensets/engines.

5)What's the service for maintenance I need to do? And when?

Re:

in the first 50hours, you need change the engine oil and wash the oil filter, engine oil is a major factor affecting engine performance and service life. then you need also check the air cleaner element to be sure it is clean and in good condition. if the element is dirty, clean it, replace the element if it is damaged. also you need wash the fuel injection pump and fasten the nut. then every 100hours do the same until up to 500hous.
