ZLYJ Series Reduction Gearbox
It is a kind of special reduction gearbox researched and developed by importing the most advanced technology of the hard teeth-surface in the world. 1. Product Features
1). High strength alloy steel gear surface and thrust block specially designed for plastic screw extruder
2). Noise Level: Low type 65-80 db, smooth and stable in running
3). Compact, high in bearing capacity, stable in transmission, high efficiency
4). By forced lubrication and cooling system.
5). Bearing: Chinese famous brand ZWZ bearing. But other brand bearing is a aviable if need.
6). Unique modular design easy for cross country production, low stock, short delivery time.
7). The seal of output shaft part adopts double oil seal with perfect oil leaking resistance.Reliable sealing and more widely applicable to industry.
