1.Brief Introduction of Manual Ball Press Machine :

1.Raw Material:
1)more than 30 kind of materials can be as raw materials,such as Wood sawdust, rice hull,
peanut shell, bamboo sawdust, tree branch, plant straw, tobacco/tea/wheat waste,etc.
2.) put 3 tons raw material will output 1 ton finished charcoal.
2.Crusher and mixer: need to crush the raw materials <10mm.
3.Briquette Forming Machine:
used to change raw materials into different shape charcoal,such as square shape, hexagon shape, enneagon shape etc.
4.Drying machine: we have box dryer,vertical dryer,heat pump dryer for it.

Answer:10%-12%. If material moisture is larger, we had better dry it firstly.
3..What's the max. feeding size for ball press?
Answer:3mm.If larger, we will need crusher.
4.What's the briquette size can be made by your briquette coal ball press?
Answer:Normally the briquette diameter is between 30-60mm.We also can custom made the briquette size according the customer's requirement.
5.Will this machine requires binder for making briquettes?
Answer:Yes, in order to make sure the briquette strength, we will need binder.
