full-automatic electromagnetic Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine and High Speed Continuous Electromagnetic Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine.

 Efficient sealing, low seal prime cost, heating non-contact, adapting to seal all kinds of plastics bottle and compound plastics bottleneck.

3) Working principle

 

 

Manual

Installed with a limited electro circuit in the mainframe in order to avoid damage caused by excessive electric current.

Is a sealed process without contiguous, it makes high heat through electromagnetic induction in a moment,

 that is that aluminum foil is fused on the bunghole, the process is adapt to seal up for safekeeping which most of merchandises without pollution.

Full-automatic

Making use of the principle of electromagnetic. Bottleneck’s aluminum foil makes high heat in a moment,

and then makes it fused on the bottleneck so that the machine could be up to the sealing function.

 

High Speed Continuous

Bottleneck’s aluminum foil makes high heat in a moment, and then makes it fused on the bottleneck so that the machine could be up to the sealing function.

There are two sets of Main Board and Power Amplifier in it so that it could generate enough electric current and satisfy the rapid sealing.

And equipped with delivering set so as to high speed produce easily.

4) Application

 

Manual

Mainly for pharmacy, grocery, chemistry, petroleum, agrochemical, cosmetics and other industries. It could be used to seal with aluminum foil for container, containers material quality are plastic bottle, glass bottle and other nonmetal material quality, such as PE, PET, PP, PVC, ABS and so on.

 

Full-automatic

Good moisture proof, mould proof, forged proof, and prolong the length for preservation.

Mainly working for assembly line, 24 hours continuously.

There is a wide range of uses of it. Mainly for medicine, grocery, oil, daily chemicals, agrochemicals and other industries.

 

 

 

High Speed Continuous

Equip with delivering set so as to high speed produce easily.

Match automatic reject device without aluminum foil bottle, automatic sealing bottle etc.

Efficient sealing (0-240bottles per minute), excellent quality.

Equipment of opening and stop is automatic, continuously, easy operating.
