1.Unique design adopt the essence of horizontal ring die and flat die wood pellet machine
(1) our vertical ring die type feeding is naturally with force, sawdust in the pressing room can be evenly pressed .Never ouccur materail block without wrong operation and the bearings in the main shaft is wear-resistant,avoid the bearing break because of over press. and wide use. even hard wood is easy for our machine because of enough press force
(2)capacity is 1-1.5t/h, with power 90kw, not 110 kw, and capacity also is decied by raw material , if raw material is corn straw , grass , it can reach 1.8-2t/h , if it is grinded rice husk , capacity also can reach 1.8t/h ,if is our usual wood , capacity is 1.2 or 1.3t/h ,if u use stainless steel, it can reach 1.5t/h .

(1).the cooling system, as u know , the finished wood pellets has a 80-90 high temperature , and when thre is high temperature heat in pressing room , we adopt fan bolwer cooling system to draw out these heat , so when the wood pellet go out , its surface is smooth wihtout water
(2).The oil pump, 20-24 hrs working ,lubricate the bearing per half an hr automatically. Ensure machines works continuously, also protect bearings efficiently , longer their service life
(3).Bag dust collector, dusting collecting room, dedusting function, keep working environment cleaner.
(4).reducer transmission, stable and enough power for pellet machine running. as regard to reducer transmission , compared with gear transmission , which is better, our reducer is from guomao , it is a international stake company, the reducer has 3-times reduce, from 1490r/min to 75r/min, ensure the transmission accurancy ,and the motor is 4 -grade motor, save electricity consumption compare with 6 --grade motor
the pressure between roller and die is enough to press the hard wood materail. improve formation, 98.6% and the pellet density can reach EU standard , is 1.1-1.3kg/m^3, bulk density is 650-750kg/m^3
(5). the main parts die .roller , the die and roller are stainless steel or alloy steel, after heat treatment, more wear resistant ,
our stainless steel die service life is 1000-1500hrs , some supplier exaggerate 3000-4000hrs, and our die material is specially ordered from 100% zhengchang (famous die brand in china )then heat treatment, process to smooth .
we have 2 rollers. if 4 rollers can improve capacity ,what affect capacity ?
(power , die smooth and press ration design ,press room area, gap between die and roller, so 4 rollers will not improve capacity so much, in contrast, it add your ewear part cost.
(6)strong structure , as our wood pellet machine body steel is bought from Jigang ,Laigang, famous factory in China, eg. Vertical ring die wood pellet machine 5.8t. working no rotate , safety.
(7 )our motors are Siemens Beide (siemens branch in china )motor ;and the reducer Guomao(stake international company ).

Q1: what is the raw material to make wood pellet , if any requirements for the raw material?
A1: raw material ca be wood waste , shells, tree branch , straw, stalk, bamboo, etc including fiber .
the raw material is no limitation , but the direct material to make wood pellet is wood powder ()not more than

so if your material is not wood powder and moisture is more than 20%,u need other machines, such as wood crusher
,wood hammer mill and dryer etc
