Working principle of Hammer Crusher
1.This hammer mill contains a rotor which are mounted by hammers.
2.The hammers swing following the rotor at a high speed.
3.When the raw materials are fed into a feed hopper, they are shred by these hammers.
4.Finally, the materials in line with size customers need are expelled out and sieved by fan blower and screener.
5.The final products size can be adjusted by replacing the screener, and kindly noted that we can also provide you the diesel engine driven hammer mill
6.After milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm , which is suitable for further pelletizing or Briquetting.
