Pelletizing is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel. The objects are used for burning purposes. Wood pellet can be made from any type of agro-forestry waste: groundnut shell, sugarcane bio-gases, caster shells/stalk, saw dust, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, tobacco waste mustard stalk, jute waste, bamboo dust, tea waste, wheat straw, palm husk, soybeans husk, coir pitch barks/straws, rice husks, forestry wastes, wood chips and many other agro wastes.

1. Crushing Process:

Depending on the different input material, we fit out the suitable Crushing machines. If the raw material is the Straw Baler, we developed the series hammer mill. If the raw material is big logs with diameter less 300mm or big timber cutter, our wood chipper is your best choices, the chips is 1-3cm, than you can use a hammer mill to be sawdust. the size of sawdust should be smaller than the size of finished pellet diameter .

2. Drying Process:

The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 12-15%. we select dryer according to your raw material, if your raw material is small, light and easy to dry, we will recommend you our air-flow dryer; and if your raw material is big, not light and hard to dry, we will select our rotary dryer for you. about the hot air stove, you can burn fuel, such as wood, sawdust and so on.

3. Pelletizing Process:

4. Cooling Process:

After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 15%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3-4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to store.


5. Packing Process:

After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp. The packing process is necessary. we have two kinds of packing machine, one kind is heat sealer, the other one is automatic seam, according to your requirement.
