Rotaryr Drye
If the raw materials contain high moisture, you should use the rotary dryer. It can reduce the humidity to the reasonable degree, which is used for drying sand, coal, sludge, coal slurry, brown coal, fly ash, gypsum, clay, Kaolin, grain (corn, wheat), mineral powder, slag, iron powder, mill scale, sawdust/ woodchips, chicken manure, feed etc. It is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, cement and mining industry.
Dosing Machine
Dosing machine is used for batching a variety of materials according to different proportion & weight. Generally, dosing machine is divided into two bin dosing machine, there bin dosing machine & multi-bin dosing machine. Dosing machine has feature of high output, high dosing precision, various structure design, flexible combination, high autoimmunization, simple operation . It is widely used in mineral, coal, chemical etc industries.
Double Shaft Mixer
Double shaft mixer has high mixing speed and good uniformity; it can be added into sticky material which contains 30% liquid. When working, the two paddle rotors which do counter rotating are mixing in the middle. As to the paddle has many special angles, no matter the materials' shape, size, and density, the materials is mixed quickly and effectively. Adopt downward door, the speed of discharging is quickly, residual quantity is small.
Briquetting Machine
This series of briquetting machine will pass the powder on to the two pressure roller through the reducer. The two sides and roll rotation, in both the rotating roll, natural materials to enter the ball roll mode, with the roll rotation, material pressure on a small become larger.When the material to the two rollers rotating line contact point, the pressure of materials has reached the peak.
