Jinkun Machinery energy saving counter-flow cooling machine for pellet production line
Briefly introduced of cooling machine for pellet production line:
1.SKLN series counter flow cooling machine is mainly used for cooling finished pellet of high temperature.
2.This cooling machine has the special cooling theory ,the air and pellet inversely move ,the pellet is gradually cooled from bottom to up ,which avoid the split of pellet surface, using the vertical cooler and avoid the moisture and heat emanate uneasily during the cooling process.
3.The cooling efficiency has the advantage over the existing products and surpasses the national standard. The temperature of cooled materials are not higher than 5 centigrade of the normal temperature, it has the important function for manufacturing the high quality feed pellet, increasing the storage time and improving the economic profit.
The features of cooling machine for pellet production line:
1.By adopting counter flow cooling theory,pellets can be cooled completely and evenly.
2.Discharge materials by slide valve shaking type,thus makes the operation stable and makes materials discharge easy and smooth.
3.The temperature of cooled pellet is not higher than room temperature+3-5℃
