Stainless steel quartz sand dryer
Application:
Stainless steel quartz sand dryer is widely used for building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, cement, mineral processing, etc. It is suitable for granular materials, parts of the glue, paste materials, or higher water content materials. It has great effect on drying quartz sandsand and river sand. It is also available to dry
off the slag, coal cinder, clay, limestone, coal powder and all kinds of metal ore concentrate, tailings which belong to big-density materials that not fear heat, dust pollution.
Working principle:
The woking principle is: Materials are added from the higher side , and the heating carrier get entered from the lower side, then it will form a counter current contact with the materials, there is also the mixture of heating carrier and materials that get into the barrel. With the rotation of barrel, the materials move to the lower side by gravity. In the process of barrel’s moving forward, wet materials obtained directly or indirectly heat from the heating medium, it will be dried, at last it will be taken
out by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor from the discharge end.
