Add Aluminum ingots or other forming scrapes into the melting furnace, melting furnace keeps rapid melting with 3T per hour speed. Through refining,slagging and exhausting, the solid becomes aluminium liquid completely.Aluminum liquid flow out through the tap hole and move through aluminum insulation launder, aluminium titanium boron alloy is added into the aluminium liquid by the aluminum titanium boron wire feeding machine (refined internal organization of aluminum alloy) ,through double chamber filter box (the impurity and suspended solids in the aluminium liquid is filted by ceramic filter plate). After purification, liquid aluminum flow to the same level hot top casting die and achieve aluminium alloy billet continuous casting.
