1.If clients want to get the quotation, what do they need to provide ?
Usually, Clients need provide : Its drawing(DWGS/STP/PDF); Its aluminum Grade and Temper ; Its surface treatment; Its total quantity/its total weight of first order; your special requirements.
Of course, if you don't have the drawing, pls send us its samples or its detailed sizes, we could make the drawing for you for free.
The more detailed product information you provide, The more quickly the quotation will be sent you.
2.Could you provide the catalogue and its price list ?
Giantally is a good customized manufacturer in aluminum profile/aluminum heat sink. In a year, we produce many different kinds of aluminum profiles. It is very hard for us to make a permanent catalogue.
You could tell us your product's detailed information. if you don't have the drawing, we could try to look for the similar. Of course, we just could provide you the similar drawing without Non-disclosure agreement.
About Price List, Because The Chinese Aluminum Ignot's Price is different every day. So it is very hard for us to give you the fixed price list.
3.How about our offering period ?
Usually, our offering period will be 7 days.
Because The Chinese Aluminum Ignot's Price is different every day, We just could fix the price within 7 days.
Of course, if you have special requirements in the offering period, We could talk about it further.
4.About the Mold Cost
If we have ready mold, you don't need pay for the mold cost in advance.
If your profile need open a new mold, you have to pay for the mold cost in advance. Of course, When one profile's weight is above the certain number, we will refund your its mold cost.
The certain number depends on the mold cost.
5.About Our products' MOQ
Our MOQ depends on your product's drawing and its aluminum grade. There isn't fixed number.
6.What about Our production standard ?
Usually, Our Production standard is Chinese Aluminum Standard. Our quotation is also on the base of this standard.
If you have special standard, pls tell us in advance. Our Production Technology could accord with European Standard and United States Standard.
7.What about our Tollerance ?
Our tollerance will be marked in the drawing we made. Before Producing molds, we will send you the english drawing we made.
You could see the tollerance clearly. If you have special requirements in the tollerance, we could talk about it further.
8. Do We have the Material Analysis Certificate of Aluminum ignot ?
Yes, Of course, We have own laboratory. And could send it to you right now.
