This machine is designed to aim at homogeneous viscous liquid material to achieve automatic packaging, it’s triple roller type vertical machine, adopts 3 or 4 sides seal.Advanced industry computer system and PLC control system cooperating with cursor lock function, can make machine running right during the cursor signal be abnormal. The material be injected to bag by HIBAR pump with a high precision, can use flat cutting, saw tooth cutting, dot dash line cutting method to cut down bags.

Main Features
a)Automatic Tea Bag Packing Machine can finish all the work automatically: bag making—measuring--material filling—sealing—counting--date code printing;

g)It adopts PID temperature controller, ensure the processing temperature is stable and seal is tight.
