Introduction of Walking Type Crawler Ditching Machine
Crawler type ditching machine is mainly used in the field of water conservancy projects, agricultural
infrastructure, agricultural fertilization and other fields.In order to adapt to a wider range of mountains,
hills, woodlands, wetlands, orchards, tea plantations and other complex needs of the ditch.
Crawler type ditching machine working process
1)Fixed on rack engine,the output shaft of the engine is connected with the intermediate shaft and the
hydraulic pump through a belt wheel transmission mechanism or a chain wheel transmission mechanism;
2)The intermediate shaft is connected with the chain cutter main shaft through a chain wheel transmission
mechanism or a belt pulley transmission mechanism,the chain knife main shaft is connected with a chain
cutter mechanism which is used for digging through the chain wheel main chain wheel;
3)The pressure oil outlet of the hydraulic pump is communicated with the hydraulic motor of the
hydraulic oil cylinder and the driving axle through a plurality of valves,the telescopic lever mechanism on
the hydraulic oil cylinder is connected with the chain knife mechanism;
4)The engine output shaft is connected with the intermediate shaft and the hydraulic pump through a belt
pulley transmission mechanism,the intermediate shaft is connected with the chain cutter spindle through a
chain wheel transmission mechanism;
5)The engine output shaft and the intermediate shaft connected to the pulley drive mechanism is provided
with a clutch mechanism by hand, zipper device and tensioning wheel,the tension pulley is near the edge
of the belt,and is connected with the handle by a cable device;
6)The utility model has the advantages of compact structure, small size, light weight and convenient
transportation;Low cost and good reliability.
