Dedicated BM type high efficiency screw is adopted for PE main unit; its of high output, stable extrusion performance and good plasticizing effect.
Dedicated dual line head for silicon core tube, it will ensure uniform tube wall thickness. By adopting high efficiency extrudes, production speed will reach 15m/min.
High efficiency vacuum sizing, water pressure constant device and sprinkler type cooling system are adopted to ensure reliability and stability of high speed tube forming.
Take-in machine adopts motorized hoist take-in wheel and its easy for operation.
Imported PLC control system are adopted for the whole production line, hence, ensure precision control and reliable operation.
