This 3in1 washing, filling and capping machine, which has above 12 filling heads, could be applicable fix quantify filling and capping of all kinds of garden spgarden stuff catsup, vegetable oil, bechamel, granule drink and catsups (such as juice). Its function is followed: automatically chain-control the liquid level of filling jar and feeding and material temperature, feed bottles by screw conveyor. There is churn-dasher in the filling jar to assure the material uniformity.
Its characteristics are rational design, compact conformation and convenience operation and maintenance. Main machine is adopted frequency speed control, it runs placidity and credibility. Material of limb contacted with the material and appearance accessory is high quality stainless steel. After exchanging several accessories, it is used different kinds of glass bottles fix quantity filling.
Operation of machine is controlled by advanced touch screen, it realized the communication with man and machine. Function of control system is followed: product speed control, automatic stop with fault and take count of output and so on.
