Working flow of  waste rubber tire crusher:

 Waste tire - Tire de beading - whole tire cutting- Tire shredding- Rubber crushing -  magnetic separating -fiber separating -  Rubber powder  

Specifications of waste rubber tire crusher:    

 First Step:  Tire de beader is used to pull out the steel wire from the tire.

Second step ( optional): it is used when tire size is larger than 850mm

Third step: tire shredder

1.This  whole tire shredder can cut whole tire into 50x50mm , and 60x60mm rubber block as you need.

2. The oversize types can be cut to small pieces by whole tire cutter. 

Fifth step :  Rubber crusheris used to grind the chunks into smaller mesh powder through the vibrating screen as youneed. 

 Sixth step :  Magetic separator is used to separate the steel from the powder
