High speed eddy-current multipurpose flour mill
Contain:Grinding room,main motor and pedestal
To pulverize the material between rotary cutter and stable cutter by high speed of rotary cutter, Degree of finish quality of products depend on the gap between rotary cutter and stable cutter. At the same time, to bring down the temperature speedily through cooling-water to grinding room and stable cutter head. The material of cutter adopts alloy steel. The cutter with heat-treating wears well and has sharp edges. Cutters can be taken down easily and be reused by thinning.
Main shaft bearing adopts import trademark: NSK. Oil seal adopts import trademark: HSH. Cooling and lubrication system are matched in the place of shaft to ensure the temperature of shaft in normal working ≤85℃.The main shaft has the treatment of dynamic balancing to make sure that mainframe runs smoothly. Integration of grinding room and main motor has a small foot-print, and installed easily.
