PVC Wall Profile Production Line

Property can be divided into hard and soft types. Rigid PVC profiles used in construction, such as the production of PVC doors and Windows, PVC flooring, PVC pipes, etc; soft PVC profile for PVC hose, power transmission cables, etc..
Adding functional additives for PVC profiles are anti-aging, UV-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high strength, low price, heat insulation and heat preservation performance is good, can partly replace aluminum, steel and so on.

Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
◊ After informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to our factory. Customer can also consign us to finish inspection work.
◊ After the machines are delivered to customer’s factory, please arrange preparation work for installation
◊ We will send technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed;
◊ Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines
◊ Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customer’s factory.
◊ The customer just needs to bear expenses generated for this work, e.g. airplane tickets (round-way), residency, meals and allowance of 70USD per day for each technician.
Quantity and quality guarantee
◊ Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. We will not be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.
◊ Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12months since installation finish and running.
◊ Long-term service:
We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
