The series PP PET Packing strap production line is new equipment designed by HorseRider. By combining the characters of the same type of machines in domestic and overseas markets, the production line is of the most advanced technology in this field. It is of characters of high efficiency, high output, low power consumption and energy saving.
PP PET Straps Production Line
1 extruder units
Screw and barrel are made of steel alloy. Good screw design saves eletricity and has a long service life. Motor and gear box are of famous brand.
2. Die
The die is of high precision, and has a long service life.
3.Cooling Water tank
Made of stainless steel. Workers can easily adjust the straps inside the tank. The temperature is easily monitored. For more efficient cooling, industrial chiller is optional.
4. First roller unit.
There is a water removing device mounted on the first roller unit. The rollers provide optimum stretching force for the straps.
5. Hot air oven
The temperature is automaticly controlled. The oven is heavily insulated to prevent heat loss. It saves electricity and heat the straps to an optimum Itemperature.
6. Second roller unit
It provides optimum stretching force.
7 Embossing unit
Specially made embossing rollers, makes the straps look nice, even, and uniform.
8. Heat treatment oven
Utilize infrared lamps to heat the straps evenly.
9. Strap cooling tank
Made of stainless steel, cools the straps efficiently
10.Third roller unit
Delivers the straps to the winding system
11 High speed double-station winder
Equipped with torque motor and metering device. Easy operation. High speed. It can wind straps of different sizes. Automatic winding system and weighing device is optional.
12. Printer
On-line printer and off line printer are optional
