WPC PVC foam sheet production line
This series WPC PVC foam sheet production line adopt advanced frequency converting (ABB) and RKC temperature controller with wide adjustable scope and control the temperature accurately ,the mainly auxiliary equipments include the vacuum calibration platform , hauling machine , cutting machine and tipping rack etc. we also equip the large forced cooling equipment to be sure the good effect of the calibration , all the whole production line adopt the computer control system.
This PVC half crust foam board production line is designed to produce freely foam board , it has large production capacity , the maximum production capacity can reach 600 kg/h , high foaming rate , smooth & abrasion-resistance surface , the width of the board allow to reach 1830mm ,the thickness allow to reach 3-25mm.

1. the specially designed screws ensure high plastitication rate
2. the precise temperature control and special moudles ensure precise thickness and flatness control
3. the thickness of sheet is recisely adjustable by screws & oil pressure wheels
4. the machine equipped with meter cunter can set the length of board precisely .
5. through printing or sticking film on the surface , the board can be used in furniture & fixture, bathroom ,construction Industry ,decoration material ,advertising material ,automobile, etc
