PEX-a Pipe extrusion extruder making machine line
PEX-a Pipe extrusion line is different from other pipe machinery, which is no need screw & blowing air, just plunger stamping extruding.
It consists of main machinery and assistant machinery.
Main machinery: plunger stamping extruder, Lettering machine+ cooling water tank+ haul-off, Winder.
Assistant machinery: Mixer, Mould Oven, Mould Polishing Machine.
Two pipes can be produced at the same time, the perfect diameter is from 16-32mm, PEX-a Pipe can resist the temperature from -9º C to 95º C, while, no distortion.
