2.3 Carbon Black Refinery Plant
The pyrolysis carbon black (CBP) can be made to briquettes, used as fuel directly, the market price is about US$100 per ton.
There are more profitable solutions to enhance the carbon black quality, for example, to grind the carbon black to 350 mesh,
500 mesh, 700 mesh, 1000 mesh, up to 2500 mesh etc. Which can increase its surface area hugely, this make it can be
applied as rubber reinforcing agent and master batch carbon black for rubber and plastic products like tires, rubber belt, PVC etc.
The market price is between US$500-800 per ton. A new process is under developing which can remove the ash content from
the carbon black, to reduce the ash content less than 4%. It can compete with virgin carbon black after reduce the ash content
less than 4%. Price can go up to US$1000-2000 per ton.

3. Oil Distillation Plant
We are the professional company which researches and makes the waste lubricating oil, crude oil refinery machine.
We have the unique technology for increasing the oil output (the oil yield is not less than 90% when the water by extraction is less than 5%),
reducing the fuel consumption (20 kg diesel for each ton of waste oil) and preventing coked. Meanwhile, we are good at reducing the sulfur,
cloud point and color of the oil, which can be provided separately with additional cost.
We are producing two kinds of machine as following: Batch processing machine and Continuous processing machine. The end product can
be nonstandard diesel and heavier fuel oil, and also can be renewable lubricating oil and heavier fuel oil when the raw material is waste
lubricating oil. The capacity of distillation machine ranges from 25 tons per day to 100 tons per day.

CP-20 Semi-continuous tyre pyrolysis plant
1. System Introduction:
Cp-20 semi-continuous tyre pyrolysis system is the newest generation completely pyrolysis oil system worldwide, which contains 4 main parts as follows:
(1) Shreder system: This system can pretreat waste tires, and crush the whole tires into small granule with the size of 5-6mm.
(2) Pyrolysis reactor system: This system can pyrolysis the rubber granule into oil, gas and carbon black.
(3) Carbon black milling sytem: This system can mill the tire carbon black upto 2500mesh
(4) Carbon black pelletizer system: This system can make round pellets from carbon black fine powder

3.Main Technical Specifications

The full system can process 20Ton waste tires per day(24hours), to get 5Ton scrap steel wires, 7Ton tire oil and 6Ton carbon black pellets, the finest carbon black size is up to 2500 mesh.
