1. Introduction

The Line Marking machine supplied by us is produced by the latest technology-original device part- of GRACO (USA) and combining the special construction requirement of sports surface lining as well.

The machine here adapts Honda engine which outputs stable and strong power and then be transmitted to the piston pump. Then the piston pump absorbs the coating material into filter pump, thus the filter net cold filtrate the impurity in the material, inputting the spraying gun accurately. The pressure, produced during the process of inputting the coating material into the filter pump, will be transferred to the circuit board through the sensor and consequently controlling the spraying pressure. Thus, the pressure cold be adjusted by potentiometer easily according to the amount of coating material needed to satisfy the lining requirements.
