Introduction:
Reclaimed rubber refiner series is composed of 2 rubber machines ,one is installed in the lower part of the first multifunctional recycled rubber mixer in the production line of reclaimed rubber,which is able to have the function of cycling rubber mixing, having the features of reducing labor, labor intensity of workers and producing cost
FX-450D rubber mixer machine is developed to suit the characteristics of production methodology of high strenght reclaimed rubber.It has realized the adjustment of roller spacing,roller speed and ratio,and the stochastic control of shear stress.It's used for tyre rubber terpolymer EP rubber,butyl rubber,acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and many kinds of wasted rubbermixing refining and sheeting.It has many advanced desigh such as speed control by inverter,full-load to start would give you a big surprise that time saving,energy saving,low cost and so on.
