This process comprises three parts, carbon balck milling process, pelletizing process and auto weighing and packing process. And all all the process is done automatically.

1.Carbon Black Milling system

This system is to refine the CB from Pyrolysis system, and the recycling SB can be used in rubberand plastic industires as reniforcement agent and color pigment

1) Recycling carbon black from Pyrolysis system
2) Refining into 300-2500 mesh
3) Used as reinforcement agent or color pigment

2.Carbon black Pelletizer System
This system is to make round pellets from carbon black fine powder, and the pellet carbon black can be used in rubber and plastic industries as reinforcement agent and color pigment.
1) Pelletizing milled carbon black from Pyrolysis system
2) into the granule with the size of 1-3mm
3) Used as reinforcement agent and color pigment
