Rotary kiln's introduction usage:
Kefan rotary kiln adopts high quality carbon steel plate to weld,rotary kiln's barrel is on the support device by tyre,and on one of the block or several blocks of the support device,set a mechanical or hydraulic gear wheel to control the barrel's axial movement;
Through the gear ring setted on the rotary kiln's barrel central,transmission device make the barrel rotation according to the process requirements;
Due to the need of installation and maintenance,big kilns set auxiliary transmission device to make the kiln body rotary at a very low speed;
In order to prevent cold air entering and flue gas dust overflow cylinder,set reliable rotary kiln's terminal and head sealing device at the barrel's feed port and discharge port.
Rotary kiln's advantages:
(1) The main energy for smelting is coal,rather than expensive coke or electricity.
(2) The raw materials can free choice,southeast Asia laterite nickel ore can also be used.
(3) High nickel iron's quality is high(containing about Ni 20%),it can be used as raw materials of stainless steel.
(4) At the same time,it can be used as cooling machine when molten steel smelts.
