Introduction of Lime Rotary Kiln :
Henan Kefan Mining Machinery Co., Ltd undertook the design and manufacturing of the following sets of lime kiln process systems with daily production of 1,000 tons,and accomplished turnkey project implementation.And according to customer requirements, we undertake the three host device (rotary,vertical preheater,vertical cooler),design and manufacturing of electrical control system,and refractories.YL-type activity lime kiln, the new type lime kiln with vertical preheater and vertical cooler,is the lime calcining equipment of independent intellectual property rights developed on the basis of introduction and assimilation of advanced foreign technology.
Technical Features:
1.Advanced structure, low pressure loss can improve the vertical preheater preheating effect,the decomposition rate of the preheated limestone in the kiln is up to 20-25%, and the direct use 10-15mm fine grade limestone;
2.Reliable rotary kiln seal both ends of the scales combined. Leakage coefficient is less than 10% of the composite refractory material used to reduce radiant heat loss;
3.Filling, and round or square partition vertical air cooler, make the lime cooler temperature of 800C + ambient temperature to facilitate transportation,storage, and the secondary air into the kiln preheated to 7000C or more,reducing the moving parts and special materials.
