1.Description of Coal Slime Rotary Drum Dryer 

 1.The  rotary dryer is widely used for drying the chalk slags, coal powder, slags, clay and other materials in the building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement industry. The rotary dryer has a better adaptability and can dry various materials with a simple and reliable operation.

2.This dryer mainly consists of  rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device and 

sealing ring. The heating source can be coal, electricity,gasoline, natural gas and so on. And

3.The moisture of material is usually varied from 40-60%, and could be dried to at least 8% , the dried matiarials then could be made for transportation.

4.The dryer must have breaking device, so that the material will not be click to the dryer drum. During the drying process, the induced dradt fan is very important to get the wet air and steam out immediately so that the heat could be kept to dry the material.

1. First, the material after transfer system enter into the rotary drum dryer cylinder, flied by raising plate device which are uniform distribution in the drum cylinder.

 2. The material  are evenly distributed in  rotary drum dryer cylinder which can bear high temperature, then fully contact with the hot air, speed up the drying heat and mass transfer.

 3. During the drying process, under the effect of plate and hot treatment in the rotary drum dryer, the materials are dryed well.  

 4. At last, the dried material come out from the end of the rotary drum dryer.
