Q:What Payment terms we accept  ?

1.We usually accept 30% deposit by TT as deposit for regular size machine, balance before shipment. 

And 50% deposit by TT as deposit for customized machine, balance before shipment.

Q:Delivery time

Hydraulic alligator shearing machine needs about 20 working days after receiving deposit.

Q:Maintenance

When the oil temperature is lower than 15  ℃ (you can check it on the tank gauge), you should take some right measures to make the oil temperature up to 15-20 ℃, then it can continue to work ; 

when the oil temperature is higher than 60 ℃ , you should stop the machine asap.

Q: How to Install ? 

For alligator cutting machine, you can install it according to the user manual.

When you receive the machine, you need to connect it with the power as per user manual. And it can be set on the basis of 180mm thick concrete.
