          Hebei Sino-Agri BOYO Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of China National Agricultural Means of Production Group Co., Ltd., established in January 2011. It was jointed created by China National Agricultural Means of Production Group Co., Ltd. and Gaocheng Boyuan Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 50 million.

         The predecessor of Sino-Agri BOYO was founded in 1991, which was one of the first enterprises engaged in the R & D and manufacturing of combine corn harvesters. Sino-Agri BOYO has a total staff of more than 900 people, of which more than 50 are middle or senior technical specialists. The company has a provincial grain crop harvesting machinery laboratory, a provincial-level enterprise technical center, and municipal-level key laboratory for corn harvesters and silage harvesters, being equipped with strong R & D capabilities. The company has received 12 patents. The main products include combine harvesters, silage harvesters, subsoilers, round grass balers, Mower and other orchard equipment.
