Baling press is used to compresses the volume and packing the paper products (carton, newspapers, magazines, etc.), waste plastics (PET bottle, plastic film) materials. Widely used in printing factory, paper mill, copper plant, waste material recycling companies, and other units.

1. Overplus capacity when the machine arrived and operate
2. Can’t reach your required capacity when machine arrived and operate

Prework and solution/ info needed before you placing an order:
1.Confirm what material to be compressed? Different material compressed to a certain density need different pressure force.Eg: if the material is waste paper, should specify whether it is waste paper or waste cardboard or Coated paper, we will design the pressure based on specified materials.
2. Confirm your required bale size
3.Confirm your required capacity per day or per hour. The capacity is determined by the bale speed and operate methods. Generally, our manual vertical baler capacity is <10ton per day. The semi automatic horizontal baler capacity is 10 ton~30 ton per day. The fully- automatic horizontal machine capacity is 30 ton ~200 ton per day.
4. Confirm the voltage. 200v? 380v? 440v? 50hz? 60hz? Is it single phase or three phase .we can customized this for you . Confirm first to avoid to enlarge transformer capacity second times when machine arrived your side.
5. How many decibels of noise you required? We need to design the machine based on your use condition.
6. Please kindly carefully considering the supporting equipment of the baler before purchasing, generally, the waste paper baler can matched the forklift, if need to cut the material, shredder is needed. We will design based on all info/spec of other supporting equipment of the baler.
Note:
1. The noise level of our vertical and horizontal baler machine is 65-85dB, we can design machine with different noise level based on the customer’s use condition/power requirements/noise level requirements.
2. The spec on the Alibaba website is our standard baler machine, we have R&D (research and development )ability if you have specified requirements.

T/T &L/C (Sight irrevocable letter of credit), 30% advance payments, 70% balanced payments before shipping.
