the main structure
features
Three roller symmetric sheet rolling machine mainly worked for metal plate bending correcting and forming. It can bend plate to various specifications of cylinder, arc, and the machine has cone bending device, could bend cone work piece
easily.
This machine is symmetrical three roller bending machine, top roller up and down was driven by mechanical transmission, two lower rollers are bending driving roller. The unloading bearing body was reversed manually.
Top roller was lift up and down by turbine and worm at machine two ends racks bottom, ensuring stability during bending process.
Both ends racks are main body of machine; adopt welding structure, eliminating internal stress treatment after welding.
Both racks were installed at whole welding base.
Main transmission system in machine tail and both racks constitute the complete machine
The movements of machine were centralized controlled by electric appliances, operated on operation table.
This machine has the advantages of compact structure, simple technology, and reducing labor intensity.
The speed of bending plate of main transmission part is 5.5m/min, controlled by gearbox and brake through electric motor.
