1.Product description:
Three-layer anti-corrosion composition comprising: fritting underlying epoxy powder, a polymer adhesive intermediate layer, and a polyethylene, a polypropylene surface layer, wherein the epoxy powder underlying the role of forming a continuous coating film, and the steel pipe surface bonding, curing provides good adhesion and has good resistance to the chemical resistance and resistance to cathodic stripping ability; the role of polymerization Laid adhesive with it before the epoxy powder coating gelled fusion, with the outside polyethylene layer to be bonded so that the three layer as a whole, the outermost layer is generally used in medium and high density polyethylene, so that three-layer anti-corrosion structure combines the weathering resistance of the epoxy powder adhesion, corrosion resistance, and the polyethylene layer, the resistance to mechanical damage, and to make up for the shortcomings of their own, thereby greatly improving the service life of the coating.
