1. Can I negotiate the prices?

 Yes, we may grant discount for FCL of mixed products or bulk orders of individual products. Sometimes, we may launch some promotion, more discount would be granted.

2. What is the minimum order quantity?

 The MOQ has been indicated on the product page, we can accept small orders, prices will be higher, though.

3. How long do you need for production and delivery?

 Normally, for regular designs and models, we need 20-30 working days to produce after receive your deposit and all order details are confirmed. Different order quantity, different delivery time, please confirm with us when you are ready to place an order.

 Transportation by sea or by air, Customs clearance and inland transportation will need, another 20-30days. So please place orders in advance to make sure you have products to sell when the peak season is coming.

4. What warranties you have for your products?

 If you find defects after you received the goods, please send us defects photos with quantity so we can check the reason, and pay your loss, send replacements or grant special discount for your coming orders.

Please buy insurance if price term is FOB and CFR or similar terms, we shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to causes for which the Insurance Company, Shipping Company, other Transportation Organization /or Post Office or in consequence of any Force Majeure incidents which might occur. Force Majeure as referred to in this contract means unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective conditions.
