1. Product introduction
TF FP Series fan coil absorbed the strengths of domestic and foreign advanced technology of similar products. According to national standards, and after repeated trial and testing, it efficiently went through a series of technical and design improvements. Therefore, it owns the advantage of superior performance, wide application, variety types, high efficiency, low noise, etc. It includes horizontal concealed installation, horizontal exposed installation, vertical concealed installation, vertical exposed installation and cassette unit series. After matching with the fresh air handling units, they are widely used in hotels, hospitals, office rooms, meeting rooms, exhibition hall and places with low noise, ideal terminal device for centralized air conditioning system.
2. Features:
1. Adopted high-efficiency aluminum fin type heat exchanger, configured with low-noise fan, by enhancing heat transfer, to guarantee the best heat transferring performance for the heat exchanger.
2. Sophisticated design, and left or right type of the coil is at customers’ option. Besides, automatic temperature control device can be allocated, based on customers’ requirement, to process thermostatic control. (this device need be ordered separately).
3. Adopted energy-saving and fixed phase-splitting capacitor motor, and imported high quality and precision ball bearings, which could be automatically lubricated. The motor shaft is quenched and hard chrome treated, durable, easy to disassemble the fixation. The leading-out wire of motor is protected by metal hose, in accordance with international standards.
4. Air outlet static pressure of common coil is 0 ~ 12Pa, and 30Pa (or ≤ 50Pa) for excess pressure type, which is coded as H.
5.Drip tray adopted compression molding and the overall adhesive technology, durable and no welding marks, light weight and nice shape, non-condensing, dripping; exposed-installed coil uses Shanghai Bao steel's high-quality sheet, with its surface sprayed, while concealed coil is made of galvanized sheet or fingerprint-resistant plate.
5. The heat exchanger is made up of high quality seamless copper tube and corrugated aluminum fins, and it also goes through the hydraulic expanding or mechanical expanding treatment. Inside the coil cabinet attached the sound-absorbing and insulation material. Staggered arrangement of copper tubes makes sure of its high heat transferring efficiency and low air resistance.
