Application

 

There are generally two types of condensers, fin type condenser (fan cool ) and tube type condenser ( fan cool ). An air conditioning condenser is used to convert hot and high pressure refrigerant gas to a subcooled liquid. In the fin type condensers, the gas refrigerant run through the copper pipes and the heat is removed from the  aluminum foils with the function of fans. And for the tube type condenser, the heat is removed when the refrigerant go through the bundy tubes.

2. Steel wires 1.0mm-2.0mm  (both sides can be with steel plates and brackets; can be upon your choice)

3. Structure: bundy tubes welded with steel wires

4. Painting: Cathode electrophoretic painting (black)

5. With rubber caps at both ends.
