The endless cable casing conduit winding equipment is used to produce flexible hose continuously. The outer casing hose is widely used for control cable, such as brake cable, clutch cable, throttle wire, etc. The inner plastic hose can be optional for different purpose.
Features of endless cable casing conduit winding equipment
- Equipped with inverter from Mitsubishi, Japan for main motor speed adjustment.
- Wire and inner hose feeding device has function option as “Manual” and “Automatic”
- Equipped with auto alarm and emergency stop function if no wire / inner hose feeding
- Equipped with electric crane for wire bobbin lifting up and down.
